Our newest addition at Trinity Adult Day Program is the Wellness & Therapy Program, designed to address both physical and emotional well-being. We recognize that seniors need more than medical support—they also need opportunities to maintain mobility, reduce stress, and strengthen their mental health.
Through light exercise sessions, participants improve flexibility, balance, and overall strength. These activities are tailored to meet individual abilities, ensuring that everyone can participate safely and effectively. Staying physically active not only improves health but also promotes independence in daily living.
Mental wellness is equally important. That’s why we incorporate activities such as relaxation techniques, stress management exercises, and memory games. These activities stimulate the brain, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall cognitive function. Group discussions also provide a safe space for participants to share their experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and emotional support.
